USA National Parks from Denver to Vegas
We love...
Feeling like we’re on a Western film-set on a Jeep tour through Monument Valley and listening to captivating tales and stories from our local Navajo guide.
At each step on this USA tour, you’ll be moved by the sheer beauty and power of the natural world. The California Zephyr Train sets a high bar as you embark on one of the most beautiful rail journeys in North America, snaking through rugged canyons and skirting the great Colorado River as you climb into the Rockies. You’ll then seek out sunset red spires and soaring monoliths across four USA National Parks, including the utterly humbling Grand Canyon. We bookend the holiday with two fascinating cities; starting in ‘Mile High’ Denver and ending in the fantasy land of Las Vegas.

Day 3 - Arches National Park - Moab
This morning we board our coach to Moab and Arches National Park, taking us across the Colorado-Utah border and on into Utah’s mighty red sandstone landscapes. Early this afternoon we follow the mountains, passing beautiful canyons as we make our way to Arches National Park. The area is famed for its preservation of over 2,000 giant natural red sandstone arches sweeping over 73,000 acres of wilderness. Delicate Arch is a stone icon of the park standing at a huge 43 feet tall. Take a moment to soak up the landscape around you - you’re sure to lose all perspective on size before long. Please note: Your visit to Arches National Park may take place on the morning of day 4, due to weather conditions.

Crowded with towering rock pinnacles, skyward-jutting buttes and canyons carved by the Colorado and Green rivers - it feels like a vision of ancient earth in front of your very eyes.
