Uzbekistan Competition – Terms & conditions 

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Saga Travel Group (UK) Limited (company number 12102155) of 3 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG. 
   

2. This prize draw is open to anyone resident in the UK, or the Channel Islands aged 18 years or over. Employees and retirees and their immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this prize draw. 

3. The prize draw is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook.
    

4. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. 
   

5. To be eligible to enter the prize draw, the entrant must be following Titan Travel UK’s official Facebook profile at the time of entry: https://www.facebook.com/titantraveluk/ 
   

6. To enter, entrants must visit https://www.titantravel.co.uk/uzbekistan-prize-draw and submit their name and valid telephone number and email address. Only one entry will be accepted per person. 
   

7. The opening date for entries is 12:00 BST on 2 April 2025. The closing date of this prize draw is 23:59 BST on 30 April 2025 in Great Britain. Entries received after this time will not be considered. 
   

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or submitted, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technical fault of any kind. Invalid, delayed, illegible, or incomplete entries, including those submitted via e-mail, will not be accepted.  
   

9. The winner will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries, performed by a computer process on 5 May 2025. 
   

10. The winner will receive a 11-day Escorted Tour of Uzbekistan – Jewel of the Silk Road for two people, departing on 21 October 2025 and returning on 31 October 2025. The winner must be aged 18 or over, and their travel companion must be aged 12 or over. The prize includes two economy return flights from London Heathrow, and accommodation in a standard Twin or Double room for one or two persons. 9 nights in accommodation are included and 1 in flight, staying at Mercure Tashkent (4-star); Asia Khiva Hotel (3-star); Asia Bukhara (3-star); Hotel Grand Samarkand (3.5-star). The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the specified accommodation with alternative accommodation of equal or higher value, should circumstances require it. The prize includes Titan’s Award-winning VIP door–to-door transfer and 22 meals during your tour (9 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 8 dinners).  All elements of the prize are subject to availability. The prize does not include spending money, personal expenses, tips, visas, additional meals or excursions other than those listed in the itinerary, or travel insurance. Passenger must arrange their own travel insurance prior to travel. Regional flights are available but are subject to availability and a surcharge payable by the winner. Any additional costs incurred, beyond those listed above, are the responsibility of the lead passenger. 
    

11. No alternative travel dates will be considered, and all bookings are final. Any requests for changes or modifications to the travel dates will not be accepted. 
    

12. The prize is subject to Titan Travel’s booking conditions which are available here. The winner will be also responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel, hold valid passports, insurance any necessary visas and travel documents, and have complied with any vaccination requirements for the holiday in question, on the travel dates specified. 
    

13. The winner will be notified by email or phone call (using details provided at entry) within 21 days of the draw taking place with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize within 21 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received in accordance with the process described above. 
    

14. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
    

15. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so. 
    

16. The prize cannot be retrospectively applied to bookings made prior to the date of winner notification. The prize is as offered; no extensions or upgrades are available. 
    

17. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 
    

18. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] within one month after the closing date stated in condition 7. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 
    

19. The winner may be required to take part in publicity or promotional activities as may be reasonably required by the Promoter with no recompense, which may include the use of the winner’s name, video footage and/or photographic image in any publicity or promotional material. If you do not wish to take part in any publicity or promotional activities, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. 
    

20. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
    

21. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
      

22. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
    

23. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promotor’s Privacy Policy and may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. 
    

24. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
